Our Chocolate Lab offers the opportunity to experience the magic of FIDANI™ chocolate first-hand. You can book a workshop at Chocolate Lab and learn the art of chocolate making from our expert chocolatier. Design your own chocolate creations with friends, family or colleagues and bring your idea to life.

What We Offer

Structured guided lesson by chocolatier on:

  • Basic Science of Chocolate-making
  • Chocolate Tempering
  • Chocolate Moulding
  • Chocolate Presentation

Basic understanding of:

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Food Hygiene Training

Every Course Includes:

  • Chocolate-making equipment & utensils
  • Personal protective gears
    State-of-art facility
  • Personal hygiene & kitchen safety; Apron, gloves, hairnet
  • Locker service (if required)
  • Certificate of attendance
