Chocolatier Workshop @ Chocolate Lab

Our Chocolatier Experience offers the opportunity to experience the magic of chocolate-making first-hand. Led by Museum chocolatiers, the class provides an exclusive taster into the world of chocolates.

What We Offer

Structured guided lesson by chocolatier on:

  • Basic Science of Chocolate-making
  • Chocolate Tempering
  • Chocolate Moulding
  • Chocolate Presentation

Basic understanding of:

  • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Food Hygiene Training

Every Course Includes:

  • Chocolate-making equipment & utensils
  • Personal protective gears
    State-of-art facility
  • Personal hygiene & kitchen safety; Apron, gloves, hairnet
  • Locker service (if required)
  • FREE entrance to Chocolate Museum 2.0 (for a limited time)
